Hey all, I just hit 20,000 miles in my Mach-E, and I noticed the app is recommending the 20,000-mile service. I'm wondering if it's really necessary. Have any of you gone ahead and scheduled it? If so, what was your experience like, how much did it cost, and what exactly did they check or work...
