    $96.84 is a bit steep for a first service, but at least they caught the TSB. For next time, maybe try booking the TSB in advance so they’re ready to handle it. I’d also ask about the key reprogramming, it might’ve been something extra they didn’t explain clearly.

    I totally get your hesitation, dealers can be a headache. For basic maintenance, a certified independent shop can save you money without risking your warranty. Just make sure they have experience with EVs. For anything more technical or warranty-related, though, I’d stick with the dealer.
