Today was a total EV charging nightmare! I hit so many busted chargers and closed stations, I was seriously sweating bullets about running out of juice. It was a complete disaster! Lesson learned - always start with a full charge and be ready for anything. The charging infrastructure is still a hot mess. Anyone else been through this kind of fiasco? So frustrating!

That's why it's important to plan your trip and route before going on a road trip. I personally prefer using my Tundra for long-distance travel though. I just use my EV during city driving.

We've all been there or at least fear being there with the charging roulette. It's a reminder that even though EVs are getting better, the charging infrastructure is still playing catch-up. Your lesson learned is spot on, always plan for the worst and hope for the best. It's frustrating to deal with but it's the reality of EV ownership right now. Hopefully, with more investment and standardization, these charging nightmares will become a thing of the past, but until then, it's all about being prepared and having a backup plan (or three!).
