Gear Shift Panel Replacement

Hey crew! I’m all set to swap out my scratched gear shift panel with a shiny new one, but I’m totally stumped on how to get the old one off. It’s got clips and screws, and I’m kinda worried about messing things up. Anyone done this before? Is it just a matter of popping it off, or am I diving into a DIY rabbit hole here?

It's just very easy. Pulling the panel upward allows for easy removal. It is held in place with four white clips. Start by pulling the top right corner, then the top left, and finally the back.
