MME Display Stuck

My wife’s Mach-e display is totally frozen, and we’re totally stumped on how to fix it. I've already messed around with every button on the left side of the steering wheel, reset the screen and system, and tried pretty much everything else I could think of. No luck at all! Anyone else had this issue? Got any hacks or tips to get it working again?

Just give Ford a ring and ask for the Sync Team. Let them know what’s up and get a case rolling - seriously, that’s the quickest way to get things sorted and see some action!

I heard there's a recall for this. Can anyone confirm?
