Safely Removing A-Pillar Coating

So get this - I’m on a mission to strip the coating off my car’s A-pillar but want to avoid turning it into a DIY disaster. Anyone got some sage advice or a secret guide on how to do this without breaking anything? Any tips or tricks would be a lifesaver! TIA.
