Hey all, I just hit 20,000 miles in my Mach-E, and I noticed the app is recommending the 20,000-mile service. I'm wondering if it's really necessary. Have any of you gone ahead and scheduled it? If so, what was your experience like, how much did it cost, and what exactly did they check or work on?

I’m debating whether to go through with it or just focus on basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid checks. I haven’t seen many other discussions about this, so if there’s already a thread on it, my bad!

Well done on reaching 20,000 miles! Although the service is primarily preventative, it usually involves checks on tires, brakes, and software updates. You may forego it if you're comfortable with simple upkeep, but for piece of mind, it's worth taking the app's advice.
