Apple CarPlay Call Quality Issues

Hey guys! Anyone else having trouble with static or dropped calls on Apple CarPlay? It’s been really frustrating for me lately. It’s odd because calls come through perfectly when I switch to my phone speaker, so I’m leaning away from thinking it’s a phone issue. Anyone have any insights or solutions for this?

My SA told me that it's not a car issue, it's a known issue with the latest version of iOS, and CarPlay.

I had a similar issue with my CarPlay, and it turned out to be something simple, my USB cable was a little worn out. Swapping it for a fresh, high-quality cable fixed it right away. If you’re using wireless CarPlay, try reconnecting or updating the firmware for both your phone and the car.
