Just upgraded my Mach-E with some fresh winter tires - 225/55R19s mounted on those sleek 19” wheels. Can anyone help me out with the ideal tire pressure for this setup? Also, is it necessary to swing by the dealer to get the TPMS sensors programmed, or can I DIY that? Thanks in advance for your advice!

That winter setup sounds awesome! Generally, 36 psi works well for winter tires like yours, but you might want to adjust slightly based on feel and handling. As for the TPMS, the Mach-E’s system often learns new sensors automatically, but if it doesn’t, you can try a TPMS reset tool, it’s simple and costs a lot less than a dealer visit. Hope you’re ready for those snowy drives! the weather's gonna drop soon!

Have you tried resetting the TPMS through the settings, or does it seem like the system isn’t recognizing the new tires at all?

I put on my winter tires last week. They're 225/55/R19. I filled them to 36 psi in the front and 40 psi in the rear, which worked well for me last winter.
