Hey, guys! I might need your help! I think I messed it up.

I recently decided to top off the coolant in my Ford Mustang Mach-E, but I am not sure if I used the right type.
  • The motor coolant level was about an inch above the "min" mark, and the battery coolant level was between "max" and "min."
  • I bought a gallon of yellow Motorcraft antifreeze from a Ford dealership and mixed it 50/50 with purified water (I assumed the "DL" in VC-13DL-G from the manual meant "pre-diluted").
  • After adding the mixture to both reservoirs, I noticed the new coolant appears greener than the stock coolant already in the reservoirs.
Does this mean I added the wrong coolant? Should I be worried about provoking any issues? Should I flush the system, or is it safe to leave it as is? I would appreciate any insights or advice!
