Could definitely be a software glitch with the On-Board Charging Control (OBCC) especially if its happening at multiple stations. Those L3 chargers are inconsistent and even a minor software hiccup can throw things off. Honestly unless you're super techie and comfortable poking around with software updates (which I definitely wouldn't recommend on a modern car), heading to the dealer is recommended. They've got the diagnostic tools and the software updates to sort it out. Don't mess with it yourself, you don't wanna risk voiding any warranties or causing more problems. Just tell them you're experiencing consistent L3 charging failures and mention the OBCC software, they'll know where to look.
