Mach-E Departure Time Keeps Resetting!

Ugh, my Mach-E is being a real pain - it keeps turning the departure time setting back on every time I turn it off. Super frustrating! Is anyone else dealing with this? Got any fixes? Or am I stuck with this quirky glitch forever?

Try removing the entry from the app and re-adding it.

Don’t stress too much, it’s likely just a software hiccup! Have you tried toggling the feature on and off a few times or setting a random departure time before disabling it again? Sometimes the system needs a nudge to ‘remember’ changes. If that doesn’t help, Ford support should be able to walk you through a fix or confirm if it’s a known bug.
